How long will it take my order to ship? 

Please allow for 2-3 Business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Domestic delivery takes 7-10 business days. International delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks. 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

 Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our store accepts exchanges only. Please be advised that we cannot accept items being returned for a refund.

 

• Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of placing your order.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags
• Any merchandise purchased at discount, on sale, or final sale cannot be exchanged

• please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be processed through our exchange department.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
• All shipping charges for returns are to be covered by the customer
• All exchanges are subject to a $10 processing fee per item , which will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
• Please note that if your exchange merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements as listed above, we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship you back your merchandise.
